My name is Ibukun Aliu, and I am a Career Restart Coach.
With a background in Psychology and Human Resource Management, and a career in Talent Acquisition, I've spent years understanding people, potential, and the power of the right opportunity.
My passion for career restarts is deeply personal. I've walked this road myself. I know what it feels like to step back into the workforce after a break — the uncertainty, the self-doubt, the desire for clarity, and the hope for a fresh start. With the right support, that journey can become transformative.
One group especially close to my heart is women — particularly moms — who are ready to restart or pivot their careers. I understand the courage it takes to return, and I'm committed to making that transition easier, clearer, and more empowering.
